Grammy Award-winning Nigerian superstar Burna Boy (Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu) has once again shattered barriers and expanded the global reach of Afrobeats, becoming the first African artist to gross over $3 million from a tour leg in Oceania.

According to data from global tour monitoring platform Touring Data, Burna Boy's No Sign of Weakness tour in the Oceania region primarily across Australia generated $3.1 million (approximately $3.12 million in some reports) in ticket revenue.

The achievement stems from just four reported shows, where 30,946 tickets were sold at an average price of $100.94 per ticket, yielding an average revenue of about $772,791 per show.

This milestone solidifies the No Sign of Weakness tour as the highest-grossing tour by any African artist in Oceania's history. The leg included high-profile performances, notably the Sydney stop at Qudos Bank Arena on October 18, 2025, which alone grossed $1.117 million marking Burna Boy as the first African musician to surpass the $1 million mark from a single concert in the region.

This adds to his unprecedented record of achieving $1M+ grosses from individual shows across three continents: North America, Europe, and now Oceania.

Burna Boy's trailblazing success underscores the explosive worldwide demand for Afrobeats and his unparalleled ability to connect with diverse audiences far beyond Africa and traditional Western markets.

The tour's Oceania leg demonstrated strong attendance, with venues filling at impressive rates and fans turning out in force to experience his signature Afrofusion sound live.

"I'm deeply humbled and grateful for the love from fans in Australia and across Oceania," said Burna Boy. "This is proof that African music is a global force with no boundaries. No Sign of Weakness isn't just an album or a tour it's a movement, and we're only getting started."

The No Sign of Weakness world tour spanned 20 shows across three continents, following the massive success of his previous I Told Them tour, which holds the record as the highest-grossing tour by an African artist overall. Burna Boy continues to lead the charge in elevating African artistry on the international stage.
