The All Progressives Congress (APC) proudly congratulates its victorious candidates in the recently concluded bye-elections for the Ahoada East II and Khana II State Constituencies in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Napoleon Ukalikpe of the APC as the winner of the Ahoada East II Constituency, having polled 3,980 votes. In the Khana II Constituency, Henrietta Bulabari Loolo (also referred to as Henrietta Loolo or Burabari Loloo) emerged victorious with 7,647 votes.
These hard-fought successes demonstrate the growing support and confidence of the people of Rivers State in the APC's vision for inclusive governance, development, and progress.
The elections, held on February 21, 2026, were conducted peacefully, reflecting the commitment of voters, security agencies, and INEC to a credible electoral process.
