Rivers State Governor, His Excellency Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has reaffirmed his commitment to working harmoniously with members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, emphasizing collaboration for the overall development and prosperity of the state.
The Governor made the statement while congratulating the winners of the recent bye-elections into the Rivers State House of Assembly Hon. Ukalikpe Napoleon (Ahoada East State Constituency II) and Hon. Loolo Bulabari Henrietta (Khana State Constituency II). The bye-elections, held on February 21, 2026, saw the candidates emerge victorious, reflecting the strong confidence and support of their constituents.
Governor Fubara described the victories as well-deserved and a clear demonstration of the trust reposed in the newly elected lawmakers by the people they represent. He extended his best wishes to the winners and expressed optimism about their contributions to legislative duties.
