Afrobeats superstar Davido has officially announced a special London performance to celebrate the release of his sixth studio album, Oriadé, set for an intimate show at the O2 Forum Kentish Town on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
The exclusive concert will mark the first live performance of tracks from Oriadé, giving UK fans the rare opportunity to experience the new music ahead of wider international stages. The album itself drops worldwide on July 31, 2026.
Titled Oriadé a fusion of the Yoruba words “ori” (head or destiny) and “adé” (crown) the 13-track project coincides with Davido’s 15th anniversary in music. The Afrobeats trailblazer has described the album as a return to the early Afrobeats, highlife, and Afro-R&B roots that defined his rise.
In a recent announcement shared across his social platforms, Davido addressed his UK fanbase directly: “UK family, if you missed out on the last one, we’ve got a special show for my new album coming to you! Join me on 11th August at the O2 Forum Kentish Town for a very special show.”
The London date follows strong pre-save momentum for Oriadé, which has already surpassed 80,000 pre-saves on Spotify. The project is available for pre-order via oriade.live, with direct-to-fan sales offered in multiple African currencies a first for a major Afrobeats release.
Tickets for the O2 Forum Kentish Town performance are now on sale. Fans who pre-saved the album earlier were granted exclusive pre-sale access.
Oriadé arrives as the official follow-up to Davido’s 2025 album 5ive and is led by the single “I Know Who I Be.” The August 11 London show is expected to be one of the most sought-after Afrobeats events of the summer.
