Governor Umo Eno Approves 13th-Month “Eno-mber” Salary Bonus for Akwa Ibom State Workers

Governor Pastor Umo Eno has approved the payment of a 13th-month salary bonus, dubbed “Eno-mber,” to all state workers in preparation for the Christmas season. This initiative aims to provide financial relief and enhance the festive celebrations for public servants across the state.







The bonus, equivalent to one full month's salary, will be disbursed before Christmas, as directed by the Governor to the Accountant General. This marks the third consecutive year that Governor Eno has implemented the “Eno-mber” payment, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to worker welfare amid economic challenges.







In addition, the Governor has reaffirmed plans to commence the N80,000 minimum wage for public servants following the completion of an ongoing verification exercise.08ad5e This wage adjustment will further support state employees in coping with rising living costs.
