The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) today announced the launch of a new counterterrorism operation in the northern West Bank, marking a significant escalation in ongoing security efforts in the region. The military confirmed that the operation is being conducted in cooperation with Israel’s internal security service and is focused on areas of northern Samaria, a term used by Israel to describe part of the West Bank.
