Popular financial coach and TikToker GehGeh has publicly criticized influencer Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, over his recent traditional marriage rites to fellow content creator Jarvis (Amodu Elizabeth Aminata), urging young people to prioritize personal growth over rushed commitments.

In a series of viral reactions following Peller’s bride price payment in Edo State, GehGeh questioned the timing of the union, highlighting Peller’s young age of 21 and the financial implications involved. “You are still a growing child. Why get married now?” GehGeh asked, emphasizing that money alone cannot sustain a marriage and that emotional and personal maturity should come first.

GehGeh, known for his no-nonsense financial advice and “University of Wisdom and Understanding,” expressed disappointment despite previously offering guidance to Peller. In one clip, he pointed out the costs of the engagement and wedding proceedings, stating, “It’s not by how much money you spend to do marriage... Peller, you need to listen.” He further posed the question to his followers: “If Peller na your brother, you go advise am to go marry at his age? Be honest?”

The comments come amid widespread public interest in the couple’s relationship, which has been marked by their significant age gap, on-screen chemistry, and recent traditional ceremony where Peller presented items including yams, drinks, and fabrics to Jarvis’s family. Jarvis has described the milestone as “a new beginning,” while fans continue to debate the union’s implications.

GehGeh’s stance underscores a broader message: “Money isn’t everything.” He advocates for education, financial independence, and self-development before settling down, reminding young influencers that fame and resources should not overshadow long-term personal growth.

This development has sparked intense discussions across social media platforms, with many weighing in on the balance between love, money, career, and timing in high-profile relationships.
