The Bishop of the Ijumu Anglican Diocese, Church of Nigeria, the Right Reverend Paul Olanrewaju Ojo, has appealed to Nigerians to trust in God and remain patient with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration as it navigates the nation’s current security and economic challenges.

Speaking during a recent address on national issues, Bishop Ojo acknowledged the hardships faced by citizens but voiced optimism that the country would surmount these difficulties under President Tinubu’s leadership. He urged Nigerians to support government policies and allow more time for the administration’s programmes, which he believes are building solid foundations for current and future generations.

“Trust God, be patient with Tinubu,” the Bishop emphasized, highlighting the importance of faith, endurance, and collective support during trying times. He encouraged citizens to stay prayerful and united, noting that divine guidance alongside national solidarity would help bring about meaningful progress.

The cleric’s message arrives amid ongoing public discussions on governance, economic reforms, and security across Nigeria, as various religious leaders continue to offer perspectives on the country’s direction.
